HP7: thoeries and predictions

Some of the predictions I've been reading about HP7 are just making my blood boil!! I swear some of these people just haven't read the books properly, some have never learned to analyse stories / characters / plotlines in their English lessons. I wrote a bunch of stuff on a facebook group and was told to keep it more concise if I expected reply. Lol. Fair enough. But I don't have to be concise here. This is my spot! But I've been nice and broken it down with little numbers and headings as well as paragraphs :)

THEORY NO.1 = HARRY IS A HORCRUX
Not my theory. For sure. There's one dude out there who thinks that Voldy purposely made Harry a horcrux. The reason being that Harry would have to kill himself to get rid of Voldy. Excuse me? Voldy went to Godric's Hollow to KILL Harry. He wasn't expecting Harry to miraculously survive and then go after Voldy. Moreover, Voldy thought the horcrux thing was a secret. Even his inner ring of Death Eaters like Malfoy didn't know about it. He wouldn't expect Dumbledore to know. He wouldn't expect Harry to have been told by Dumblydore!

Other things are, wouldn't Voldy have more control over Harry? Like he does with Nagini. If Voldy couldn't touch Harry because of Harry's 'pure' and whole soul, how could a piece of Voldy's twisted soul reside in him? And if it did reside in Harry, surely it wouldn't be a problem for Voldy to touch Harry and wouldn't be painful to possess him. This is a piece of soul we're talking about!

THEORY NO.2 = Regulus Black / Locket horcrux.
Firstly, Regulus Black IS dead I reckon. Some people are adamant he's alive. If he wasn't dead, Harry shouldn't have inherited Grimmauld Place or Kreacher. Simple.

Secondly, I am also curious about the person who took the original and real locket horcrux. There IS a lot of evidence to suggest that RAB was Regulus Black so I'm happyish to accept that one but there are a lot of BUTS.
1) How the hell did he manage on his own when even Dumbledore needed Harry?
2) And why the hell would that potion even be there? Shouldn't RAB have had to drink it up to get the locket?
3) Does it refill by itself? Perhaps he refilled it himself but how does a weakened wizard replace the potion? How does he even know what it is? Which leads me on to,
4) Was that the potion or defense which originally protected the locket? Or was it placed there by RAB... to weaken Voldemort when he went to 'visit' his horcrux?

With regards to the heavy locket no one could open in Grimmauld Place mentioned in book 5, hmmm... Could be it. It would support the RAB = Regulus Black theory. Would mean the slytherin symbol wasn't all that obvious though or it should have been spotted earlier.

On the other hand, it saves Harry a lot of time looking for it in the 7th book if he just remembers it. If Dung hasn't nicked off with it. But I doubt he would. I mean, the goblets and stuff, he had his eye on them from ages back. Its even better for Harry if the horcrux has really been destroyed and the locket is, just a locket. He's got other horcruxes to be looking for, and destroying. Scary considering what happened to Dumbledore's hand with the ring. And Dumbledore needed Snape's help after that for the damage inflicted on his hand.

THOERY NO.3 = SNAPE: GOOD OR BAD?
I believe that he is going to do something really noble which perhaps does save Harry's life in HP7 while still detesting Harry and being mean and cold to him of course. I hope its obvious why I think Snape is still on the good side.

My thoughts are that Snape will die at the hands of someone from the Order or whilst protecting Harry in some way. Then Harry will discover that Snape was on the good side all along and will have to suffer the guilt of incriminating Snape to the whole world. Every book needs tragedy and this will be tragic for Harry. He would never want that. I mean, he even manages to feel sorry for Malfoy, when Malfoy shows a less detestable side, who Harry hates. Rowling also stated that there would be 2 deaths of major characters I think. I really hope its not Harry. While he does get a bit arrogant with his whole 'I know I'm right about Malfoy. Dumbledore was wrong about Snape and I know better.' he's still the good guy. Even if he thinks that being right about one thing means he's right about the another.

THEORY NO.4 = SNAPE LOVED LILY
LOL!! Now I feel like I may have thought of this once but didn't consider it too seriously. But I just read it a little while ago. Someone else seems to think so. And in a way, perhaps it could be given some consideration now. Its a possible explanation for why Snape returned to the 'good' side. While he hated James, perhaps he remembered that Lily stuck up for him and he never wanted her to die. Thats what he regretted so deeply. I also remember him saying to Harry something scathing about 'fools who proudly wear their hearts on their sleeves' being easy targets. So perhaps we're to understand he does have a heart and did harbour tender feelings for Lily but he isn't the type to wear his heart on his sleeve. Lol. Snape in love... this is cracking me up!

THEORY NO.5 = HAGRID IS HARRY'S REAL FATHER
Yes I am mentioning this one for laughs. If Hagrid is Harry's real father, does that make Harry a test tube baby?? Do they do that kind of stuff in the wizarding world? Lol. But wait, it all makes sense! James was like, Hagrid's cousin! Thats why Harry is scrawny and the spitting image of James because they're still related. Duh!

*rolls eyes* did I mention that some people are just deluded and clearly HAVEN'T read the books?

THEORY NO. 6 = THE 'UNLOVED' DIE
I have a theory. Only people who are 'single' die. I hope I'm right. I spotted a pattern too. People strongly associated with the book titles are likely to die. Watch the pattern...
1) Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone - The two makers of the stone die. Nicholas Flamel and eventually Dumbledore who also worked with Flamel if I remember correctly. Admittedly, so Flamel's wife also dies but she dies WITH her husband. Dumbledore had no wife. Quirrel = single guy, very connected with the title, dies.
2) Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets - The dude who opened the chamber of secrets 'Tom Riddle' dies. Or at least the diary, which represents the young voldemort and holds a piece of his 'young' soul is destroyed.
3) Prisoner of Azkaban - Sirius Black. Good looking guy, not unsociable but no partner / wife. Dies.
4) Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire - The guy who sets up the Goblet, Barty Crouch, dies. Has his soul sucked out by dementors. Close enough!
5) Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix - Now this one, either vague or obvious. Cos well if you're in the Order you have a pretty big chance of ending up dead. And wasn't it dumbledore who originally set up the Order? Dumbledore = single, DIES. Made me cry.
6) Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince - Half Blood Prince = Snape. Also single, though less surprisingly. I think he's going to die. Foul as he is to Harry as a teacher, he's still protected Harry a lot. I'm gonna feel bad if he dies. And angry at Harry.

So the 2 major characters could just be Voldy and Snape who die. I hope so. I mean Harry is mentioned in every book title. Don't think I haven't noticed. Lol. But he has a future with Ginny! Ron and Hermione are clearly a couple. I was worried about Hagrid but I remembered he sort of has Olympe and Lupin maybe has Tonks. I'm still a little worried about those 2 because the author likes to kill off Harry's guardian type figures but I suppose they're not as close to Harry as Dumbledore or Sirius.

Finally, I think Wormtail will have some kind of part in the last book because of what Dumbledore says about him being in Harry's debt. The debt has to be payed off right?

Now that I've said what I think, do you think I'm deluded? Hehehe.

after tuesday i'm going to binge read all the books and then i will respond to the theorizing. As for your final thoughts I definitely don't think Harry will die- no way. Ginny + Harry 4eva xoxox! ;) Ron and Hermione have been a couple since GoF - though it was a nice twist that they got together in a subtle way at the funeral and Harry's was the fireworks and cheering public spectacle, when R/H was the showy build-up of tensions and tiffs and G/H was all unconscious until that point.

Now anyone else who reads your blog will think i'm a bimbo HP reader- only there for the shipping. I assure you all I'm hardcore..
