Joining the Blogosphere

I, the nomadic sundae, also referred to as Sunderland A during my pre-blog days, have joined the 'blogosphere' at a time when most people neglecting this little world. You don't wonder why; the reason is quite obvious: Facebook!! Now between msn, facebook, websites like tv-links and fanpop, one can quite easily while away the time before a dreaded chemistry exam without actually revising at all! How great is that?

I actually had a dream about waking up at 8 and thinking @%!!*&^%! because I had half an hour to revise for this exam. The closer it gets to midnight tonight, the more I am thinking this is one dream that could come true. Apparently having your dreams fulfilled is something quite amazing but at this point in time, I could disagree.

Suddenly, all the interesting and exciting things I could write about flee my mind completely. I don't suppose you really want to hear about how cute I think my mum is and how much I love her for sending food parcels during exam times. Even though I'm sure she puts extra calories in them, in the form of lipids, just to fatten me up. On that happy note, I depart to revise for this exam that I really don't want to resit!

Actually before I go...

Definition of nomad:
1) A member of a group of people who have no fixed home and move according to the seasons from place to place in search of food, water, and grazing land.
2)A person with no fixed residence who roams about; a wanderer.

Definition of sundae:
Ice cream served with syrup poured over it, and often other toppings, as whipped cream, chopped nuts, or fruit.

Now the first word does apply to me somewhat, the second word - not so much. I just thought it sounded both like my hometown and quite tasty!
